サン・オブ・ア・サンドイッチは、アメリカ人のマック・ペイジさんとスウェーデン人のリカルド・ブランベルグさんによって2014年末に設立されました。
ナチュラルで出来る限りローカルの材料を使った健康的で、美味しい食べ物をリーズナブルな価格で提供する事をミッションとし、自分たちで焼いた100%全粒粉の天然酵母パンを使ったサンドイッチを作っています。
六本松のお店の他、福岡の屋台文化に影響を受けた移動式カートで西新商店街でも販売をしており、ファンを増やしています。

Son of a Sandwich was estasblished by Mac Page, from the U.S. and Rikard Brandberg from Sweden in 2014. Their mission is to serve sandwiches that use natural and local ingredients as possible and sell them with reasonable pricing. They make sandwich from scratch, baking homemade natural yeast bread with 100% of whole wheat flour. Besides the store in Ropponmatsu, they sell their sandwich in Nishijin with carts as were influenced by Yatai culture in Fukuoka. There fans are increasing more and more.
